To ensure long-lasting wear, refrain from wearing any jewelry in the shower and large bodies of water. Keep all jewelry clean and stored in a safe dry place.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. TO be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.

Please return items in its original condition. Unworn and unused. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and will exclude mailing costs. We suggest sending back returns as a tracked packages as we cannot accept liability for any lost package.

Lost or Damaged Items

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as “delivered”, we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

For undelivered packages, if transit time exceeds 21 days, the packages can considered as lost. For these cases, please contact us or we will contact you for remaking/reshipping your order. Refunds are not available.

Notification of Return or Exchange

Once your return order has been processed from our warehouse we will email to let you know we have received it. If you do not receive an email from us within 14 days, please contact us at customerservice@lyricmarva.com
